Scrip Letter to Parents

Hello band families –

With the concert and holiday season upon us, I have updated the scrip list with the latest changes.  Please note the attachment here, or reference the PC Bands website link. 

There have been a few changes, the most significant of which is that Meijer gift cards are now available. I need to research into whether this eliminates the old Community Rewards program, or is just a different option.  Note that the gift cards are a higher percentage than Community Rewards at 3%.  The cards are available in $25 and $100 increments. 

The Main Street Grille/Pub and Fletchers group no longer participates, and my stock is gone.

Please note the Fazoli's on Westnedge apparently closed. The one on West Main is still open at this point, but I will not be stocking the cards on a routine basis.  I can get them on request.  I do have 5 of the $10 cards in stock and will grant the full 7% rebate to anyone who would like to purchase those.

I have also had a $25 Talbot's card in my box for years, and will grant the full 9% of that to any family who wants to purchase it.  I will not routinely stock this vendor, either, but is available upon request.

As the month of December tends to be very busy with scrip business, and as I have 2 jobs to juggle besides my band booster and lacrosse volunteer tasks, I need to ask to set a schedule for when I can place an order.  I will plan to order every Sunday, with the cards available by Tuesday evening at the latest, and can order again on Wednesday if needed, with the cards available by Friday evening at the latest.  As always, if I do have the cards in stock that you desire, they can be picked up at any time. 

For the middle school and high school concerts, please place your order the weekend before the event.  I do not have a high school student at this time, but I can be available before that concert. 

If you are new to ordering from me, please put something about PC bands and/or scrip in the subject line of your email.  If I do not recognize the name on the email and there is nothing in the subject line, I do not open it.  If you place an order and do not hear from me within a day or two, please feel free to call.
